Prominently situated as the gateway to historic Springfield, First and Main features clean, sophisticated architecture in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville’s hottest neighborhood.

The Springfield Historic District is a neighborhood located north of downtown Jacksonville.  It was established in 1869 and is the first of four federally designated districts in Jacksonville.
Springfield was the first neighborhood established outside of downtown Jacksonville and was the most desirable place to live in Jacksonville after the Great Fire of 1901 left much of downtown in ruins.  Springfield still retains much of its historic character and contains some of the best examples of late 19th and early 20th century architecture that the city has to offer.
The $58.3 million project will include 202 units and amenities. The studio, one and two bedroom units feature balcony views of Springfield and/or the picturesque skyline of downtown Jacksonville while ranging in size from 622 to 1,241 square feet.  The building’s entry is steps from the massive UF medical complex, restaurants and downtown Jacksonville.

Apartments offer Ori Living technology, integrated smart home technology and open-concept layout plans.  Communal amenities include a lounge, fitness center, resort-style pool overlooking the city, private-access parking garage as well as a meditation spa.

Located at the intersection of Montana Avenue and Broadcast Place, the $93 million, 340-unit, class-A multi-family development is designed to meet the high demand for residential properties in downtown Jacksonville. The four-story building will include a pool, multiple amenity spaces, a roof top deck for public and private use, and a 425-space parking garage artistically-screened in colors that reflect the look and feel of downtown Jacksonville. Being constructed in partnership with JTA, the transit-oriented development is adjacent to the long-awaited River’s Edge development and will connect to the JTA San Marco Skyway rail station and new bike and pedestrian corridors.

The Avion

Prominently situated in one of Jacksonville’s fastest growing sub-markets, The Avion features clean, sophisticated architecture just moments from Downtown Jacksonville, the Southside and the beaches.

Located at 12921 Duval Road, the 12-acre development will include eight four-story buildings consisting of 320 apartments.  This Summit prototype will include one, two and three-bedroom options.

The $73 million project will include a clubhouse with a coffee bar and a 24-hour fitness center, a pool with an outdoor summer kitchen and a dog spa.  The new community will be conveniently located to the Jacksonville International Airport and several employment centers, including an Amazon Distribution Center.

The project is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter of 2023 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
